Karen, the designer was very easy to work with. She had good ideas, but at the same time let me decide on design, colour, style, and accessories. She also pointed out things to include that I would not have thought of, such as electrical outlets in the island. She was quite willing to change the design here and there to meet my needs. She was quite conscious of working with the design of my old house and incorporating the new cupboards into it. She was very detailed, marking on the drawings the exact height that the electricians should pull the wires through from the walls. The completed project looks beautiful and updates my old house.

Excellant service. We had two new bathrooms constructed in our existing home.Hanover Kitchen and Bath supplied the cabinetry, counter tops and toilets. Karen was a calming, quiet, knowledgable resource and I truly appreciated her guidance and thoughts. She was very accommodating, answering any inquiry we had promptly. The two new bathing areas are BEAUTIFUL, The girls bathroom is spacious with lots of room to accommodate their needs and our new bathroom feels like a spa area! Thank you we will be looking to redo our kitchen and main level bathroom in the near future and this will be our first stop. ( The picture depicts the ensuite unfortunately I did not have a completed one of either bathroom on file.)

My Wife and I underwent the overwhelming task of renovating our first home; a 1900's yellow brick farm house. The kitchen is the main focus in our home and we could not have received better service than what Hanover Kitchen and Bath provided us. Peter was such a great help! He took us by the hand and helped us stay within our budget as well as get the perfect style for our home! Peter designed, measured and came to our house with the samples we chose so we could really get a feel for what we were purchasing. Keep in mind that we live all the way in Port Elgin and Peter did not blink an eye at the travel! In the end Hanover Kitchen and Bath designed our custom cabinets, island, and bathroom vanity. This included the sinks I so desperately wanted (farmhouse style and a hard to find trough sink for the bathroom) as well as beautiful granite countertops! Our family absolutely loves our kitchen and it is always the first thing our guests comment on at our house. If you are looking to renovate or build new definitely give the Hanover Kitchen and Bath team a call!

Doing a kitchen reno in a small space is not easy...i found that out. Walking into Hanover Kitchen and Bath Gallery my reno project was easy from the get-go with their help. In talking to Peter about what I was looking for he knew right away the cupboards that would fit perfect. And he was right! They are perfect. After 3 meetings we were finally (it's taken us 10 yrs to do this reno) on our way to everything I wanted in our kitchen. Design, selection, installation..it was such an easy proces Peter always willing to take everything into consideration including our budget. Date for install...done and ON TIME!!! (actually ahead yea) It was so easy. Their install team of Doug and Dan were very professional, friendly and great to work with. I just can't believe how smooth it ALL went. The island counter top crew were also a great team. Everyone was always on time, got straight to work, cleaned as they went,, left no mess behind...just a beautiful well done amazing kitchen. I will and would recommend them without any hesitation at all. What a great team at Hanover Kitchen and Bath. Such a great choice for our kitchen reno. Can't thank them enough.

Jim S. was a joy to work with. I knew basically what I wanted, and I found him to be a very good listener. He gently made some suggestions, and showed my options I was not aware of so that I could make informed decisions on every detail. When he came to my house for the measurements, he made another suggestion, then went back and designed it in CAD and presented it to me with additional costs spelled out clearly. It was a brilliant addition, and now that it is installed, I am SO happy with it. The installation team was very professional, and got everything in place perfectly. I would recommend a trip to Hanover Kitchen and Bath Gallery to anyone seriously considering a kitchen renovation. I will upload photos when the backsplash is completed in a couple of weeks.

I really enjoyed working with Karen Thompson.She is an excellent designer.Picking kitchen cabinets is virtually overwhelming with all the beautiful things you can have in a kitchen these days and she helped us through our kitchen decisions, keeping us current with the trends,as we were not aware of what is new in kitchen design with some light direction to help create the kitchen of our dreams! The part we most appreciated was, when we created a wish list that was out of our budget, she showed us how to compromise on our wish list to still acheive a kitchen that anyone would envy! Her professionalism,patience,knowledge and attention to detail is what you want in a designer. We would recommend Karen Thompson to everyone!

Hanover Kitchen and Bath renovated our kitchen and bathroom. We updated our 1969 kitchen and bathroom with modern cabinetry, counter tops and flooring. Peter was great to work with in designing the kitchen, and brought ideas that we had not considered. He also worked to keep the project within a reasonable budget, without sacrificing quality or workmanship. The installers did a great job, and really went above and beyond to make sure that everything was done right - you could tell that they take great pride in their work. Peter followed up with us during the installation to make sure we were happy with how it was progressing, and then visited with us when it was complete, to ensure satisfaction. I would highly recommend Hanover Kitchen and Bath for home renovation - we wish we had done it sooner!
